WHAT IS SCORED
- Five assets make ten pairs. A pair is correct when the asset with the higher return is ranked higher.
- Pairs whose returns are within 0.01pp are ties and are left out. The rest are decisive pairs.
- Your score is correct pairs out of decisive pairs, for example 8/10, or 7/9 when one pair tied.
- Your #1 is your pick. Blind and reveal rankings are scored the same way.
WHAT YOU SEE BLIND
- A 24 hour chart normalized to 100, in 48 steps, with relative times only.
- Price changes rounded to 0.5pp. Ratios rounded to 0.02.
- Volume, liquidity, market cap, age and holders as ranges, for example $5M-10M.
- Never a name, ticker, logo, address or absolute price.
COMMITMENT
- Before the round opens, a SHA-256 hash of the five assets, the snapshot and a secret seed is published.
- At the reveal, the full payload and seed are published. Anyone can recompute the hash on the results page.
- A matching hash shows the round did not change after it was committed. It does not show that no other draw was tried, so discarded attempts are published as counts.
